Alright, I talked about it, so I've done it. Some microfictions establishing the legendary figures for my Wildsea campaign. If something is like... harmful, let me know if you notice it. Otherwise, I'm just trying to make some broad archetypes I can make stories out of.

The Sagas are the tales of mythical characters of old. The story specifics may change from area to area, but they all contain the same core cast of character, with potential slight variantions in appearance or personality from region to region.

Baroan - A well built man, usually portrayed with sandy brown hair and a big handlebar mustache. Very strong, very straightforward, not much of a thinker.
Most famous story: Baroan, upon seeing the Wildsea start to grow rapidly, lifted a mountain, increasing its height while keeping it anchored to the earth. This is how the island of Roan was created.

Tizel - A large, motherly figure with auburn hair and soft brown eyes, who served as the mediator of the group. While the mother can mediate with kindness, she can also use force when pushed.
Most Famous Story: Two siblings were fighting over the last melon. She had tried to get them to split it evenly, but the elder boy kept demanding more. Finally having enough, Tizel took the melon and split into three even parts, taking one for herself. The two siblings were reported to be named Chaozo and Misi.

Vint & Vont - Vint & Vont are a tall, wiry Ektus (cactusfolk) with lilac colored blooms around their head, whose wandering souls led them to become the first windsailor. Vint is bold and daring, a true swashbuckler, while Vont is quiet, studious, and alert.
Most Famous Story: Vint pressured Vont into setting a path for an uncharted part of the Wildsea. This led to Vont discovering the Swiftplane. Upon the discovery, Vint had them race the boat, running across the top of the boughs.

Ekansha - Ekansha survived the sudden surge of growth, while still stuck on the ground. A knowledgeable sort, she studied the Wildsea from the bottom up, slowly making her way to the surface. Now a Ketra, her dark skin has taken on a brown to dark blue gradient.
Most Famous Story: Due to her exposure to the most dense part of the Wildsea, her body changed, becoming more malleable. She was able to incorporate parts of other creatures. When she surfaced, her hair was that of Pinwolf Quills, her skin a brownish blue gradient, her arms had grown hooks near the elbow, for hanging from branches, and she had a shark fin on her back. She is believed to be the matriarch of all Ketra.

Gahelsi - A capricious Mothryn (mothfolk), whose bright green wings and pale orange fur made it stand out. The pattern on its wings is always changing, but it often is a leaf with a laughing face.
Most Famous Story: Gahelsi was once an ordinary moth who ate an entire human corpse by itself. So empowered by this meal, it grew in size and shape over 10 days. The spores released from its first flight after growing contained the eldritch chemical Crezzerin, which caused the Wildsea to spring up.
